Hi there! Thanks for stopping by.
I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in marketing at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I am on the academic job market for positions starting in 2027.
I study judgment and decision making, with a particular focus on causal reasoning in the marketplace. Specifically, I examine how consumers form causal beliefs about products and consumption patterns (e.g., “Can drinking tea improve my skin condition?” “How quickly will my eye irritation improve with this medicine?”). Additionally, I examine how the emergence of AI shapes consumers’ judgments (e.g., the perceived likelihood that a prediction will be correct).
My research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research and the Journal of the Association for Consumer Research.
